Unknown opponnent message in war eats war ticket

“Unknown opponent please try again” in war ate my war ticket! Our team is 110 down and we have 3 hours. That ticket mattered!

The opponent was in fact alive and valid. After it gave the message and returned to the player field I selected same opponent again and it worked normally but ticket was not returned for the 1st error kick out.

That’s not something the forum can assist with, please submit a support ticket in game.

Unfortunately, it’s a Sunday afternoon so I wouldn’t be too optimistic about a quick resolution but :crossed_fingers:
