I’m guessing that maybe you’re unhappy with the War Matchup, in which case you’re certainly not alone, as you can see in this rather lengthy thread:
Dear sirs,
Just to inform you, there is cheating going on in alliance wars. We are about to face a team that moved some of there members into another alliance so they could recruit mercenaries for the war. This should not be allowed. I am the leader of four alliances Realm of Chaos 1,2,3 & 4. I think this is a very bad way to play this game. If this continues our alliances will no longer participate in your wars. Please fix this because all of our members love this game and consider this bull.

You may want to read a bit about how War Matching works:
i know it say ally war score is based on each team hero and troops plus winning history but is it calculating the strongest 5 heroes ? or the strongest 6 teams ? or all the heroes you got in your bag ?
because we got an ally all of them are 4k+ team power troops are 16 ~ 26 Lv while half of my ally is below 3600 and the highest troop lv is 20 with only 1 player the rest is all 5~15lv troops

Or you may want to read a bit about War Strategy — with good planning, it’s actually quite possible to defeat a team that’s stronger. Our alliance seems to have a bizarre underdog streak where we nearly always have a lower War Score than the other team, but we often win nonetheless, thanks to high participation rates, and some coordination on strategy.
For the people who don’t know me, it’s Yo Momma from the well known alliance King of the North. You usually find us in top10. Alliance Wars
Introduction
Alliance Wars is a group effort where two Alliances are pitted against each other. Each alliance member sets a defense and then goes about attacking the other alliance’s defense. You get points for killing enemy heroes when attacking and whichever alliance has the most points at the end of the War is the winner.
