Unable to Download New Update - IOS

I can’t play the game as there was a forced update, and it just keeps saying “Unable to Download App”. HELP!!!

I got the email on the game about the new version update but it never updated it and mostly all my alianze have updated already.

I’m sorry to hear that. Then, the best advice I have is to open a support ticket. Since you can’t get into the game to use the in-game link, here’s one that will work from your web browser:
