I’m not sure what you mean. Are you asking about improving the special skill?
Each time you feed the hero with another hero, there is a chance of it improving. The chance is 1% per star for an off color feeder and 2% per star for a same color feeder. So 10 red 2 star feeders together gives a 40% chance of improving.
Each duplicate hero you feed (another copy of Namahage in this case) gives 25% chance.
After a hero reaches full ascension and max level, if the special skill is not maxed, you can continue to feed and the chances are quadrupled
