Yeah, i definitely agree that new features like MVx3 , costumes x2/3, new troop XP, free weekly 25coins are truly appreciate and I am grateful to the company on this aspect …
As you mentioned, some free stuffs require quite hard work eg. PoG where i decide to skip such as this week beat 35 holy in raid, while no-holy in tourney 
Beside all these, i really wish they listen and interact more to beta and our forum members
Of course Zynga is listening to its customers… for example how long were they asking to be able to get ascension materials to be able to level they heroes…
Zynga listened and decided to do it in the most Zynga way, behind a gacha paywall system…
You want that Tabard, just spend a few hundreds with no guarantee of getting it.
Gotta give kudos to Zynga thou, from a simple 3 match tile game they managed to create something that syphons millions of dollars out of players pockets… Thats impressive.
Considering I see teams that have top tier heroes released tomorrow maxed and 2LB quite frequently I think a lot of whales is currently around. Surely enough to keep this game going for a while.

Yeah. Revenue should still average US$20m monthly. Very healthy for an aged game. This game should exist for a long while more, unless bulk of whales decamp to another gacha game. 
No need to spend hundreds. Be patient and just pay US$9.99 for 1000 gems and a tabard when Seasonal Daily Offer comes around.
You can also stock up on the other 4AM too. Same price US$9.99.
Zynga now allows multiple purchases, used to be a sad lonely one purchase only.
Or buy any of the 4AM offers. There’s at least 1 weekly. It’s guaranteed.
The AM portal is to try for the Legendary Ascension Tome or Legendary Tome of Golden Emblems. The 3/4AM or epic emblems are consolation prizes.
I was talking about the new ascension material summon portal and tabard was the first one that came to mind. 
If you think anyone’s dropped money on that for anything other than the super ascension combo, then I don’t know what to tell ya. I mean, you necroed a tile conspiracy thread that was buried for 3 years that you commented in back in Feb of 2019. Yet you’re still here doing the same thing. As for the summon, my point still stands, I mentioned the tabard as an example. Its a summon portal which means no guarantee that you will get what you want and probably have to spend hundreds.
It was gacha at the inception of the game, it’s a gacha today. You’re not guaranteed anything in the portals today, just like you weren’t years ago. So, going in circles does exactly what?
I did 1 level of the Tower and no more, stayed at 727k
from 1 million now down to 700k ish so we are indeed losing players
