Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with special skills not increasing when leveling. I am leveling with the same color, and usually have between 25 and 36 percent chance of increase. I have 2 5 star hero’s maxed at level 2. The only increase in special skill occurred with the ascension from 1 to 2. I also have 2 other 5 star, one was just ascended to level 2, and again, that was the only increase in special skill. The other I have leveled twice with no increase.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
