Our alliance has trouble viewing player profiles. Message -non supported player version-. Software is up-to-date in both iOS and Android. Any solutions?
This happens when players have different versions of the game.
Once everybody has updated to the latest version you will see all profiles nornally again
To be sure… we’ve accepted a few new players. You say that if one of them is not up-to-date with his version that then all players can get this problem ?
