I won in the daily calls blue troop of four stars but does not appear in the inventory, it is already the second time.

Can’t get a 4* troop in daily summon. Max is 3*
As Talisax pointed out, max troop from a daily summon is a 3*.
Also, the Summon Gate is random. no matter what shows when you do your summon, it is a random draw. The Summon Gate is like a catalogue, showing only what is possible. If you don’t see a claim screen like the one below then you didn’t win the troop/hero.
