4 month i have play since need trap tool for ascending hero purple. but until now i never get from completed mission with my alliance, wanted mission, challenge mission. why?

Not a bug, but a “feature,” if you will.
Trap Tools, along with other higher tiered ascension materials needed specifically for 4* and 5* hero ascension are non-farmable ascension material.
Titan Loots, Wanted Mission Chests (Monster / Raid / Titan / Elemental) can only provide Chance Drops. I wouldn’t total bypass the every 15 hour Mystic Visions either, it is small time to invest to get some gems and I have seen some drop there too.
About the only guaranteed place you know you would find Trap Tools would be the fourth stage in the Morlovia Rare Quest, and if you finish the Epic Tier in the Challenge Event (not sure if it is different every event, but I think that is the case for the Pirates event earlier this month).

Are you doing rare quests? You get one from Morgovia
It’s really awkward. The game gives you waves of items. I spent months without capes and then on last 2 months I got 17. Before that I had 22 trap tools, started leveling purple heroes and still kept getting some, now it’s my rare 3* item (have “only” 11 while 28 capes, 25 orbs, 21 shields and 17 blades).
You must open 4 chests a day (2 monsters and 2 heroes) kill your titans (preferably getting loot tier IX minimum to have 3 chances of trap tools), and keep trying mystic vision as soon it enables (3x on 2 days).
It will come, be patient. Meanwhile focus on leveling heroes of the color you have more materials.

i have try in morogovia (province 18) for 1 month before but never get it. now i in province 22.

It’s just RNG being RNG. So far I’ve got exactly 10 trap tools. At the same time I’ve received just 1 purple ball needed for yellow heroes.
And my only 5* (Leonidas) is waiting.

What Lesley meant was that we have a rare quest name MORLOVIA that gives you trap tools and tabard! Just like we are having Shiloh now with orb and darts.
Next should be Farholme Pass with Damascus blade and compass, but just after we will have Morlovia. In 20 days you can get trap tools and tabard.

Since Morlovia is back again (I didn’t get the Trap Tools last year, having just started less than three weeks earlier in Oct 2018), I have to whine.
Morlovia needs more Trap Tools!
I just did final ascension on Rigard 2 yesterday (Oct 30), and I started him on May 6! That’s how long IIIIIIII wait for Trap Tools.
And yes, I do all challenges, missions, titans, etc.
And I still have 16 waiting, three of them since the summer.
EDIT: Sorry, only one of the three is from the summer. The other two have been waiting since April. (I thought Rigard would be more versatile than Cyprian or Jabbar; the other one is Sabina 2. I’ll get to my two Proteuses (sounds phallic) next year sometime.

I guess nothing has changed since this thread started. I now have 13 dark heros at level 2/60 and I can’t level any higher because I can’t find trap tools to save my life. I’m at the point where I’m going to stop summoning. What’s the point of spending on portals of I’m not going to be able to use the heros I get? I just managed to level a couple in other colors and they already seem outdated. There needs to be a better balance here. SG wants us to spend to get the heroes then they need to give us ways to level them up. 2-3 trap tools (or other mat) every few months isn’t enough.
