Both Red heroes were Hawkmoon and they were pulled back-to-back from the same training camp. I’ve got 3 running at TC20, and they’ve got VERY different rates and results but this is the total across all three.

I do not know what a hero is 5 * … I have been using TC lvl 20 since the end of May and never left any, what I had was 4 heroes of 4 * and everything else of 3 * … and ja fabriquei more of 20 heroes … honestly I do not believe that it is random and I do not believe that it has as much luck as this … if by chance I buy some leaves again hero of three stars and troops the same thing … it begins to be discouraging to continue to play , either by the above situation or by the delay of a second season of history, but this will be another topic 
…

The same thing has happened to many people. But on the other hand some have been lucky in their initial pulls. But according to most of the data here it seems to all balance out after a good amount of pulls. Don’t give up as there is a chance. I myself have done about 8 pulls with 3 4*.
Mine have not been consecutive as I have stopped a couple times to be able to make more feeders. I will probably keep doing the same from time to time. Just happen to have to packs or swords currently so I put 20 on again.
Keep the faith, as with everything else it is very random. If you look at the post above yours he has gotten 8 out of 133 pulls for 5* which ends up being about 6% which is around the average found in this thread.

I’m still trying, I’m still waiting for ten more heroes … I just do not think it’s right that in TC lvl 20 they leave 3 * heroes, for that I use TC lvl 13 …

It would be very difficult and throw off a lot in the game. As the number of 4* and 5* are quite low compared to 3*. It keeps the balance albeit making people frustrated like every other aspect of the game.
It’s a long game, I am just doing what I can with what I have now.
