At the request of my alliance leader, GreekGod, I put this together, and finally getting around to sharing it here.

I know this info is scattered elsewhere, but I don’t think anyone has put it together in one place.

Training Camp Guide

Typo: No Recruit training gives 1* / 2* / 3* heroes. ([Math] Advanced color training versus Extra Fast)

Kits / backpacks

I would mention kits/ backpacks in any guide about camps.

Kits/ backpacks are that important.

Uncommon training ( RT02 ) is currently the best balance of Hero XP per hour, Food per Hero XP when leveling, Hero XP per recruit and Food per Hero XP when training.

Currently, kits/ backpacks are one of the most important items in Empires.

Season 2, Province 1 best for kits/ backpacks.

For lower level players, Season 1, Province 5, Stage 8 has very good kits/ backpacks but missing some 4* ingredients.

2.1-8H one of the two best for kits/ backpacks.

Thanks, I’ve updated my guide. And wish I’d seen your guide long ago. Great info.

The advanced training bit came right out of the wiki, but it’s good to hear it’s at least marginally less awful.
