I’m training heroes in training camp on uncommon heroes and when I summon they are coming common heroes as well!!! Is this normal? I’m using resources to train 2* heroes not 1*!!
Read the description… You get 50% 1* and 50% 2*.

It is absolutely normal. This camp can give you both common and uncommon heroes.

When did it changed? I remember that was only 2*
Hero academy level 3 gives only 2*, and quickly (1 minute), but costs more in ham/recruits and materials. TC2 has always been this way (50/50)
