Hello, so last night I went to bed with about 9 hours left on a guaranteed rare hero train. The 3 star. And I’m not sure if there was a maintanence break over night or what but when I woke up this morning the training not hero were there any more?
I would recommend sending in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than post here on the forums. You’ll likely get a response in 24 to 48 hours, though with new features out with 1.6, it may take longer.
To speed up the process, include your account code (found in settings if memory serves) and as much detail about the timing of the event and such. I would not recommend posting your account code here publicly on the forums.
And if you send it right from your device it has all the info in it.
