I was just returning to say that the release notes mention this. If a staff member confirms this in this thread, that’s great. Given my experience, I’m skeptical at this point.
The release notes aren’t in game anywhere that I can see. Just on the forum here.
Indeed, I was still on v45 and managed to pull a couple of the new troops.
