Добрый день! У одного из членов альянса пропала прокаченная Скиттлскал, хотя была в избранном и ещё несколько героев. Как такое могло случиться и что теперь делать?
И тишина… Неизвестно, что теперь делать?

Unfortunatelly, they can’t be taken back. This happened me once. I didn’t lock Cyprian in my hero roster and used him to feed someone else. I wasn’t careful and simply was rush

I usually don’t pay much attention to heroes which I sacrifice when I’m leveling my heroes because I’m used to lock the heroes which I will work on.
If your memeber insist on saying that he isn’t aware of doing that, try to describe that problem to Support Team. It could really be an error

А если обучил героя ,причем два раза у меня такое было ,а в списке героев их просто нет … время потрачено-Героя нет.
