I have said the exact same thing! I even put in a ticket about it more than once, and always get a generic “copy and paste” response, saying they looked at my account and it was fine. It is always the same exact response. They either havent looked into this issue cause they dont care, or they know it is an issue, and dont care.

Haha. Yep. You got one of those broken accounts. Crazy the way those RNG algorithms patterns lay out for some of us.
What’s really funny are the people complaining about their S2 and S3s becoming obsolete when all I want is any green or yellow five!
