Three little questions... 😁

Hey guys,
this time I have three little questions!

1. Which nature hero to ascend next?

I already have Alby and Eve fully ascended as well as almost all green 4s in the game (only missing Hansel ).
I have Greg, The Hatter and Lianna in the waiting at 3/70 and a second Eve and Elkanen unleveled.
Unfortunately I only have Mats for one green 5. So who should I choose??

2. About my Raid Defense.

My current defense team is the following:
Alby(4/80-4)/Frida(4/80-4)/Kunchen(4/80-4)/GM(4/80-5)/Poseidon(4-80-6)
The team is doing pretty great and I am almost never under 2600. But I still wonder if I should swap out Alby for a fast green damage dealer (like some of the already mentioned heroes from my first question) or if Drake (4/80-3) would be better than Poseidon. I resently changed Drake into poseidon but there seems to be no real difference in performance. So what do you think? Drake or Poseidon? Alby or a fast green hero?

3. Troops for Def teams.

This one is a more basic question and I am pretty sure that it has been discussed plenty!
So how do you decide if a hero needs a crit or a mana troop?
(we are still talking about Def teams only!)
Are you trying to compensate weaknesses? Are mana troops always more useful? Does it depend on the position of hero, their mana speed or there special? So many questions, so many factors… Am I overthinking this?!

1. Lianna, hands down. Paired with Eve, she can one-shot just about any enemy in the game.

2. I would leave Alby in, max Lianna, then swap her in for Frida. That’s just me, though, I know a lot of folks like a rainbow defense team. As for Poseidon or Drake, I’m not sure. I have them both at 3^70 currently and I’ve been debating that one as well. Drake can be a huge pain on defense, but you can’t go wrong with having another sniper in Poseidon.

3. I’m not sure how much the mana troops have to be leveled before they really become effective, but I know there’s a thread about it here somewhere.

Thanks! I was leaning towards lianna anyway but hatter makes so much fun! I guess he does his job at 3/70…
Would you also recommend changing my emblem from Eve to Lianna as soon I got her maxed? Or should I keep them with eve? I invested over 300 ranger emblems and I don’t have a reset emblem so I would lose quite some resources and emblems…

Definitely Lianna next for ascension. I’d leave your D-team as it is though (I always use Rainbow myself). As for troops, I’m partial to the mana troops myself but haven’t tested crit troops. Here’s a pic from one of the Hero Advice groups that shows the mana breaks for mana troops. Not my own but is accurate
