There are 54 possible Raid Tournaments so why do we only get 32 to play?

Why?

Is it mainly an “ease of coding” thing to put the tournaments on a set rotation? It seems like it’s a bit of a missed opportunity… There are many tournament combinations which will just never happen.

There are a total of 54 different Tournament Combinations with the existing 6 elemental Restrictions, 3 rules & 3 star levels… But the tournaments are on a 32 week rotation.

Current Distribution

So after 56 tournaments (to date) we are:

• roughly even on the distribution of tournament rules
• Skewed distribution towards 5* Battles (which is fine I guess)
• MASSIVELY skewed in the elemental restriction.

Tournaments below #7 also appear to be being ignored in the ongoing rotation.

So of the 21/22 tournaments that are not being repeated we have the following distribution:

This is actually something Zeph & I discussed on the Tournament Log sheet a little while back.

My RNG solution:

My suggestion would be

Hero Resrriction *
40% chance for 5*
35% chance for 4*
25% chance for 3*

Rule
Even split across all rules (current and future)
Thus 33.33% chance for each rule
(Buff booster, rush attack, bloody battle)

Elemental restrictions
Even chance for all restrictions, including no restriction.
Thus 16.667% chance for each colour restriction (no red, blue, green, purple, yellow, none)

Additional proposal - class restrictions
I’d also like to add in a proposal for class restrictions.
No class restrictions = 30%
7% chance for restriction on any of the 10 classes
