Please note that an Alliance will need to defeat at least one more 14 
Titan to raise the Titan score high enough to spawn a 15 .
There was a hiccup in the process of enabling the new 15 Titans which delayed their arrival. The issue has been cleared now and the gates are open for 15 s to spawn once sufficient 14 s have been defeated to raise the alliance’s titan score to the required threshold. (if you’ve been chaining 14s, you were maxed out and one more 14 will put you over the top).
