Well, I for one am glad they werenāt bosses. Seshat and Alby are the prizes of my roster, I wouldnāt want to beat them up!
If you analyze who actually appeared, youāll see the devs tried really hard to bring a balance: a dispeller, a cleanser, a minion summoner, a sniper, a fast hitter, a DoTer. Learn to look and think before you post, noob!
I donāt care, Iām still mad Seshat wasnāt included in the summon portal, and will conveniently ignore both the terribly low summoning odds AND all the posts explaining that Seshat is too new to be available, Iām just mad dang it!

Elziabethās fiends avenge their mistress, and Underwild is flooded with spiders! Ewww!
Passepartoutās weird flashlight thingie is revealed to be The Most Powerful Weapon in the Universe, and smashes Moreau into space.

I honestly canāt tell. I stopped paying attention when Captain Nemo stole pipes from Darth Vader, and Frodo Baggins sent flowers to Jan Eyre, who turned out to be Darth Vaderās girfriend, which made the lizard men very mad. I have no recollection of the particulars, but I remember it did make perfect sense and wasnāt ridiculous at all. Just a riveting, beautiful piece of writing.
It was art, pure art. Why, when Lepiota called Richard the ābrains of the outfitā sarcastically, it evoked so much of her own angst and insecurities about being such a young leader AND having to deal with a major crises of faithā¦
I feel like Lepiota, the tragic figure burdened by the weight of the strenuous responsibilities she inherited at the death of her father, who hides her doubts about her adequacy as a leader behind a a veil of ruthlessness, is a red herring of sorts.
I believeve her masterful character arc will reveal this strength to be her true nature, rather than the result of her past traumas.
I would be on the edge of my seat waiting for the resolution if I hadnāt quit reading since province 1, stage 1.
I have no clue whatsoever what went wrong, but I sure hope sheāll set things right. Peace between the fish people, scorpion ladies, spider witches, octopi elders and Goro from Mortal Kombat is all Iāve always been craving for.
Heroes will follow Demiurge and they end in Egypt because Demi-Urge wants Eye of Horus (doesnāt matter which one. Also, similarity with Gods of Egypt is purely coincidental);
Heroes agree that the return to surface via S4 Provinces would mean a frickinā lot of backtracking, which is boring, especially with the same 3 bosses for each batch of 5 consecutive Provinces, so they decide to dig other way out and end up in Anubisā land by accident;
Heroes visit a Soul Exchange when trying to exchange Morris for Dawa and there they encounter Aqen, which gets them drawn into the plot;
Heroes simply decide to take well deserved vacation and hear that Egypt is nice these times of year, but as Richard, Elena and Vivica are chilling on beach with cocktails, a main villain of S5 breaks them by accident when chased, which gets them mad and they start chasing him too, getting pulled into the story;
Heroes want to pay a visit to Norse Gods but Richard reads map wrong so they end up in Egypt instead;
Or just as usual, a portal to Egypt shows up somewhere and our careless squad jumps into it.
