Which province/s and level/s would be best to complete the magic night mission?

Any stage that is a magic night stage will work. Preferably on normal to save flags. Province 6 stage 3 or stage 7 are examples. But mana night stages can be found by looking for the little logo next to the stage.
Find the one you can do without using any items, and possibly using fewest world energy (they may all be same, I haven’t checked).
