I was in the middle of a raid when the the game collapsed and I lost 50 cups without actually losing the raid and didn’t get the number of enemies I have killed in my chest 
Collapsed as in crashed? File a support ticket so the devs can look into it.

Yes, you are right it crashed. I don’t know how to file a support ticket

Go to the “Options” tab in-game, then select the “support” tab and the 4th button “support” would be your best bet.
Unfortunately, it has happened to many, and although it is unfair, it does happen now and then. Hopefully the team will be able to assist you in-game.
