DoT scales with attack power via emblems and troops, but is not affected by match-time attack up or defense down buffs/debuffs. Here’s a handy-dandy link all about DoT you might find useful:
oh, there may be a bug re: Tahir’s bleed. there’s a thread for that btw. it;s apparently fixed and not scaling like all other DoTs in the game. i think they’re looking into it.
