TBH, i wasnt expecting the tower to be in beta this fast. I was expecting more of a September kind of release. Hope we get a new building soon.

Yes, according to the description.

I have done less than 5 floors so far, this should work like this:

Monk, Cleric, Wizard heroes are excluded from the first five floors in the event , and these classes are changed every 5 floors except if they are Styx heroes.
Styx heroes with these classes are available for use anytime in the event.

With a new tower, i would have Clash of Knights rotate with Mythic Titan and W3K and have the 3 Towers rotate between themselves.

Or, combine both Ninja and Magic towers together, and revamp the tower event so it can ne like the Styx Tower. Just an idea

Yes.

Every five floors, a different set of three hero classes are excluded from the tower. The other seven classes plus all Styx heroes (regardless of class) are available for use. Once a new set is chosen, the old heroes that were previously excluded become available again, unless their class is chosen again as part of the new exclusion set.

So no hero is ever permanently out of commission, and you can safely start off with your best heroes.

Version 50 Beta 1 - General Feedback & Discussion

The players like the design of the Styx Tower. They really like that the Tower is 25 levels. They prefer the idea of Soul Grasps over curses. A player noted concerns with how Soul Grasps would impact players with small rosters. It was noted that the charge mechanic was a good counter to mana reducing Heroes. Players would like an improvement of the Tower loot.

A player would like Soul Loan to be clarified and recommended offering a way to get Heroes back to add to the excitement of the event. Players mentioned that each Hero doing different things was a bit complex. It was recommended that the text on the card be simplified or the information be presented in grid format to counter this complexity.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Feedback: Tower of Styx

Players like that the levels do not surpass 25 stages and some players preferred the event more than the Ninja/Magic Tower. They liked the design of the Tower and appreciated that it went from top to bottom to contribute to the concept/storyline and to differentiate it from other Tower events. A player liked that there were no cursed Heroes and preferred the current feature of temporarily blocking Heroes.

A couple of players thought the Soul Grasp did too much damage and thought they appeared too frequently. A suggestion was made to increase Tower coins given by stage rewards to 151.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Thanatos (5*/Ice)

Players said that there are too many Ice healers in the game. A player noted that his name was contradictory and wondered if it was meant to be ironic. They would like some consistency with this. A number of players recommend changing the element to Fire. Players would like innovative Fire healers and mentioned that at present Garnet is the only notable one. A couple of players said the Hero healed too much at the first and third charge.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Amphitrite (5*/Ice)

Players liked the Hero art. They said the second charge was too powerful. Some players mentioned that they bypassed the first charge as Fiend summoning from the second charge added a lot of value. Recommendations were made to reduce the damage of the second and third charge as secondary effects were powerful.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Charon (5*/Dark)

There were mixed thoughts as some players said the Hero was too powerful (they said he combined three of the most powerful Heroes with better skills: Heimdall, Costume Mother North, and Prof. Lidenbrock). Others said the Hero was very strong but not overpowered and he was described as a fun and versatile Hero. A number of players said the first and second Special Skills were okay but had concerns with the third Special Skill doing too much.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Erebus (5*/Fire)

Some players said the Hero was overpowered and recommended rebalancing the Hero. A couple of players thought he was not overpowered as he didn’t hit all or remove Minions from all.

It was noted that the Hero hit very hard but had low defense to somewhat counter that. It was noted that the damage done when an enemy attempts to summon a Hero works for a small number of Minion summoners, as most Minion summoners also cleanse and the damage from Erebus’ Special Skill effect is applied at the end of the turn and not when the Minion is summoned. A suggestion was made to reduce the damage for the third Special Skill from 100 to 70.

Suggestions:
1x Mana charge: 420% damage to the target; the target can’t receive new Minions for 3 turns and receive 100 damage for each Minion attempted to be applied.
2x Mana charge: Destroys all Minions from target and nearby enemies; deals 440% damage to the target and minor damage to nearby enemies; the target and nearby enemies can’t receive new Minions for 3 turns and receive 100 damage for each Minion attempted to be applied.
3x Mana charge: Destroys all Minions from all enemies; deals 440% damage to all enemies; all Enemies can’t receive new Minions for 4 turns and receive 100 damage for each Minion attempted to be applied.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Nemesis (5*/Holy)

Most players thought the Hero was too powerful and did too much damage. Some players thought the third charge’s Special Skill was too powerful. Players didn’t understand why she revived fallen allies when she’s not a healer and didn’t have a revive skill with the other charges. They recommended removing this skill. Some players said her skills got too powerful as the charges progressed and A few players noted that her Special Skills paired well with her stats.

Suggestions:
Reduce first charge skill to 400; reduce second skill to 520% damage; remove the effect where she can resurrect allies for the third charge and keep the other Special Skill effects in place.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Brontes (4*/Nature)

Players thought the Hero was good. However, they would like the Hero to heal all allies. Players mentioned that Brynhild would be more useful than Brontes. A suggestion was made to reduce the healing to 50% for the third charge, mana increase to 20-25% and mana generation buff to about 30%.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Steropes (4*/Holy)

Players liked the Hero and it was noted that he had a very creative design. There were concerns that the resurrection skill at the third charge was too much. One player thought he would not be overpowered due to the mana charge. A player noted concerns with the second charge being too different as it didn’t have a healing aspect.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Arges (4*/Dark)

Players said the Hero was well balanced with increasingly better Special Skills to match the different charges.It was noted that he had nice damage and nice status effects.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Virgil (3*/Ice)

Players said that there were too many Ice healers and did not see the need for another. A player said that the Hero was an upgrade to Guardian Lemur. Suggestions were made to change the element to Fire. A player said if he was changed to Fire, his elemental defense down would be useful against Ice at the 3-star level as the only Elemental Defense Down hero at the 3* level is Nordri.

Version 50 Beta 1 - New Event Hero Feedback: Dante (3*/Fire)

Players thought the Hero was underwhelming and said the skill for the second charge was poor. Recommendations were given to change the first charge Special Skill to 100%-120%; make the second Special Skill 300-360; make the third Special Skill 200-220% and the Burn damage 400. A few players noted that there were no 3-star counterattackers.
