Positives - they are buffing lots of heroes. Doubt any of these buffs will shake things up much at the higher tiers but it will definitely be a plus for C2P/ F2P players. I do welcome the Miki silence buff both for titans and v.fast wars.
Negative - Advanced hero levelling just feels like an arms race. I am sure those limit breaker items are going to be super rare and super expensive.
