Honestly I’m having trouble even thinking of a reason to even bother building the thing, much less using it on a regular basis.

I like the icon for when a Transmutation is done, and the item is ready to be collected.

It looks like an atom symbol.

I postulated in my Beta feedback that building the Alchemy Lab, transmuting one item, and leaving the item uncollected so I could enjoy that icon indefinitely might be the only thing I ever do with the building, unless it’s substantially changed.
