I noticed the “silence” cast from Tettukh allows the hit hero to gain full mana before the silence activates? Is this how “silence” is to work for Tettukh or in general? Thanks.

Silence doesn’t prevent mana generation. It just prevents the hero from using his/her special skill when the bar is full.

Thanks. He’s my only silence hero so I’ve never really paid much attention to that special, until now.
