I just faced a new ‘feature’ while looking for some dense fog stages for the PoV challenge. After selecting the province and stage, there was no team shown/selectable on the next screen.
As that applied to S1 stages as well, I doubt it is due to some VERY DENSE FOG. 
No idea, whether this is attributed to the new version or not.
If anyone experienced something similar: a restart of the app solved the problem for me.
