Since we already have multiple paths to rapid and inexpensive common hero production I propose that rather than have TC lvl 19 give us yet another rapid path to common heroes (1min when we already have 2m and others), that TC19 actually give us our first rapid and inexpensive path to strictly uncommon heroes (anything 10m or under would be great).
