lack of a tree this year which never showed up. Last year it was there and star lit up if touched

The spot for the tree is still there, just no tree.

Player A: The Christmas tree pulses with electricity when you click it.
Player B: Even better, it is an on/ off click. Click and the Star lights up with electricity, click it and it turns off.

Player B: Duh. You can zoom in & out of your base. The Christmas tree is decorated in tiles (shields).
