Superior Jinx debuff Vs reflect

So wondering about this and whether anyone has tested and can confirm how it works.

Example:

Player A has Kiril with 20 nodes which gives chance to debuff.

Player B has Mitsuko active and blue reflect up.

Player A’s tile activates Superior Jinx of Kiril. As this isn’t a special skill would it debuff the reflect?

I’m trying to remember the wording, think it’s reflects damage from blue and negative special skill effects. As Jinx isn’t the special skill, not sure if it would remove or reflect back and remove any buffs on Kiril/ allies?

It won’t reflect. Mitsuko’s type of reflect only applies to specials. A normal attack from kiril can dost likely dispel it
