Aside from a few purple heroes, I’m about to run out of non-duplicate heroes that I want to work on (or that I can ascend further) at this time.
Given my roster would you level another of any of these 4* heroes?

Falcon for sure war depth. I personally use 2 Zila Leis a lot on the tower together and they handle the 2 wings well.

Seems like lots of people agreed with you regarding Falcon. Maybe I’ll hold onto Wilbur for a while and make that decision down the road. As far as Zila Lei, I like using her so I’ll hold her as well and bump that decision down the road a bit.
Maybe also take Domitia at 3.70 for her dispell and then you see further down the line
I have leveled many 4* dupes (59 to be exact), and lemme tell ya, the ones you’ll use most are the ones you’ll use for things like

& That’s why I voted for Falcon, Wilbur, Wu Kong and Tettukh; based on your roster, those dupes will still come in handy 
And Carol doesn’t make the cut with her 25% mana reduction? The main reason I thought of leveling Carol #2 at some point was for towers events where her bombs would go off after one or two turns when on higher floors.

Do you have any 3*s you could work on? Some of them are pretty great.
I’m finishing-up Phoenicus. Aside from that, it would just be a dupe Grevle or a dupe Sudri. I’d held both because I wasn’t sure if dupes of either would be worth having. Leaning towards Grevle yes and Sudri no.
I voted tettukh, mana control, poison (it’s minor hits it’s knocked people out for me) and he’s solid for a 4*. I only have him emblemed to the 12th node but his survivabilty vs say Hansel is night and day surprisingly. It’s his passive imho, keeps him alive much longer.
Is it fair that to say that you’re debating which duplicate/triplicate to feed because you’re out of unique heroes to feed?
Instead of choosing among copies, how about banking your TCs until you do your next pull? Then you’re not wasting resources on junk, and you’ll have a big group of uncollected feeders at your fingertips the next time you have something interesting to feed.
It’s also an opportunity to bank food and iron for a rainy day.

Jokes aside, if you want better titan mythic scores then Wukong and Wilbur.
If you are in it for the towers then Zila Lei and Falcon.
I don’t think you should have leveled Carol 1#.
I’d finish Kiril-C 2# and BT 2# and then according to what you feel is lacking. I assume none of those dupes would be a huge war difference maker.

I just took a look and between my 4 TC’s, I have almost 2,000 feeders waiting to be used. I’m just looking to feed all the heroes I get from daily summons and farming.
Your suggestion has me thinking though. Maybe I should just start throwing everything at purples instead of sticking to on-color leveling. I usually stay on color for the 20% efficiency bonus but it might be better to throw everything at purple for while. Thanks for your thoughts, much appreciated!
I voted carol because dupe carols can legit be used in the towers. The delayed damage is not a thing in the towers, so you can pretty much hit a chunk of about 400+ health off 3 enemies in one turn. And if you use the rare blessing where the team gains mana everytime someone fires a skill, she can generate mana very quickly for your entire team, because she doesn’t have battle animation.
I voted for Carol, Guardian Falcon, Tettukh, and Zila Lei.
I have 2 Wu Kong fully leveled. The only time that second one is ever used is Mythic titans, and it almost got fed a number f times, but I stubbornly saved it just in case.
I don’t have Zila Lei, but she seems really useful, the others I voted for I would level 2 of for utility if I had 2 of them, and nothing else to do in that color.
The notes on Carol in the towers is spot on, shortening the time delay of bobs for her ( and Jack and the like) makes them stronger.
Yes for Wilbur and G. Falcon.
My 3 Wilburs were cursed in the last tower event. I wish I could get a 4th Wilbur.
That is a nice bank of cooked feeders. 
I have 1500+ feeders, and am good to wait for the next worthwhile hero I want to level up fast.
Back to your OP, I levelled a third Wu Kong for Mythic Titan, but I wouldn’t suggest it for you - I noted your Sergei. I’d suggest finishing second C-Kiril though.

I voted Wu Kong , Wilbur and Falcon for Mythic Titan - I personally have 4 Wu Kong for Mythic Titans as he is my only Titan specialist…
