[Suggestion] Upgrade Trainer Hero (+skill roll)

When leveling a 4* or 5* Hero with a Trainer Hero (version 1.8), you will lower your chance of getting a special skill increase since Trainer Heroes give so much XP per star (see data below). This is important since ascension material will block your leveling, and the faster you get 8/8 special skill the more powerful your heroes (see link in below quote).

Upgrade Trainer Hero from +1% skill roll per star (+2% skill roll per star if same color) to +4% skill roll per star (+8% skill roll per star if same color).

three 1* Training Heroes used to level a hero of the same color equal 3600 XP and +6% skill roll
twenty 1* regular heroes used to level a hero of the same color equal 3600 XP and +40% skill roll

five 2* Training Heroes used to level a hero of the same color equal 9000 XP and +20% skill roll
nineteen 2* regular heroes used to level a hero of the same color equal 8892 XP and +76% skill roll

1* other color= 150 XP for regular hero/ 1000 XP for trainer or 1:6.66 ratio
1* same color= 180 XP for regular hero/ 1200 XP for trainer or 1:6.66 ratio

2* other color= 390 XP for regular hero/ 1500 XP for trainer or 1:3.85 ratio
2* same color= 468 XP for regular hero/ 1800 XP for trainer or 1:3.84 ratio

[Suggestion] Trainer Heroes +13% skill roll

Make all Trainer Heroes (1*- 5*) give a flat +13% skill roll, regardless of color of the leveling hero. So eight Trainer Heroes, of any color, would give you a 100% chance of increasing special skill. Fifty six Trainer Heroes would give you 8/8 special skill after seven leveling of eight each.

Data
Because this is an MMO, with thousands of heroes, we can use statistics to examine the extreme cases using v1.9 Trainer Heroes.

With 10,000 players, the number of players that get a max tier, max level Bane (3.50) with special skill 3/8 (special skill never increased during leveling, only ascension)

Leveling with a single 1* Trainer Heroes at a time, matched colors ( 1200 XP, +2% skill roll )
( 25275 XP/ 1200 XP for one 1* trainer hero of matching color)= 21 rolls with 0.98 chance of skill not increasing= 0.98^21= 0.6542558123199926030593274870696 x10,000
= 6542 players

Versus regular heroes
Leveling with a single 1* regular hero at a time, matched colors ( 180 XP, +2% skill roll )
( 25275 XP/ 180 XP for one 1* regular hero of matching color) = 140 rolls with 0.98 chance of skill not increasing= 0.98^140= 0.0591085896340872266977409052233 x 10,000
= 591 players
