Strong Rope levels for uncommon hero training in Hero Academy

Now that I have the hero academy up to level 3, I have been using the uncommon heroes training a lot and my supply of strong rope is dwindling. Does anyone know the best levels in seasons 1 and 2 to farm strong rope. Ive read Provinces 6 and 12 are good but they aren’t yielding much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also strong rope is a 2* ascension item so less common that 1* ascension items like kits/ backpacks. And players are always running into streaks for kits/ backpacks.
