Sound like a plan.
If or as soon as you can, try to run 2 tc 11,that will give you 24 1* & 2* " feeders" a day.
Use 1 with only 12 trainees.
Put the rest of the recruits in the other, you can use it as a recruits bank.
If you have a third tc use it at 2 ( backpacks) or 1 ( swords,) 3 is more exp. But very fast 2mn per 1*.

OMG - I got Grimm from my TC 13. So happy. Ramming pulverizer trio complete. Gormek and Tiburtus are already favs. Great against Titans. Now I have the blue hard hitter too. Wohoo! 
Maybe Valen has to wait?
Grimm at 3/60 is better than Valen except in 3* tournament and challenge events.
