Special Stages in S3 are not counted for Mission

The special stages of province 11 and 12 are not counted for the Mission “Special Stages - Complete Special Stages”.
Is there any reason for it?

I am still on the first one of the special stages mission.
But it clearly states that you have to do them in Midgard.
So maybe this helps?

I am halfway done in province 12. But i don’t see new S3 monster avatar missions. Are we done on it?

I suppose that is because P12 is still in Jotunheim. Most probably, in S13, which is a new realm, there will also be new monster missions and boss missions.
