Agree, hope they notice, even though I know the probability is almost impossible 
The animations are the most annoying part of a fight, i get so bored of having to wait for a year and a day for all the enemies to cast their specials… just get rid of all animations and speed things up.

It would be good to turn off the animation in the Options like sound and music.
