That works as I’d expect. Mitsuko would reflect a blue dispel and that’s what Snow White does.

She blocks all negative effects from Ice hero special skills. Dispel would be included in that

This is working as expected.
If an opponent reflecting a specific element, then it can not be cleansed with a hero from that specific element.
Eg: Limit breaker enemies working the same way if their special is fired.
Her skill is not spared from mitsuko’s shield. She only has a chance to bypass the shield as ranger
