I agree that the dilluting gem currency therory is not valid. Some people will not buy regardless of the offer. The more people( meaning everyone) you offer the package to; the more money they will make in general and how the gems are used will be varied.
Hopefully they will make this offer and all future offers available to everyone !

I hate the idea that the game has done something crummy, and our response as players is to beg for the opportunity to pay them $3. (Again, I say this as someone who has never previously paid a cent, but who took advantage of this offer.)
Let this package be given for free to everyone who has spent more than, I dunno, $25. Let it be available to everyone else for $3. Except me, obviously.
Also, naked photos of all the devs to be posted online for our amusement.

The gigantic deal for 4.99 it was offered to some and not others that is not fair
Now no one can get it. They pulled it to punish us who wanted a shot at it.

It will propably more. This offers is good for players which one use only promotion xd.
However, it is hurt gamers who doesn’t spend the money on this game.
There appears to be a bug of the $3 chest for 6000 gems. Only some players got the offer. Please fix this bug by offering it to all players.

I wish it were a bug. But based on the answer given to others from the developers, it is a giant FU to those who have supported the game so far.

I would agree with all this should be give to all don’t care about the tokens but the gems would good. Should put that amount of gems in every ones acc who pent money on this game, I have spent maybe 200’in total over the last 3 months. I feel this is a big slap in the face.

I don’t understand how the devs would be unable to give the deal to everyone. There were the offers for beginners, and surely if you can put out random deals it’d be even easier to give out a deal to everyone? If that’s not the case then someone’s really mucked up their code…
I’m sure they CAN give it to everybody… they simply choose NOT to give it to everybody.

This is the response I received from ‘Support’.
They “Cannot guarantee that somebody will get a specific one”. That is complete and utter rubbish. This is easy to do via coding.
This is just pure greed. Some people have put a lot of $ in to support this game and received much less than 6000 gems.
There needs to be compensation for this.

I agree, I am highly disappointed. I just started this game on Saturday and now I am reluctant to play any more. It’s unfair. I may ask for a refund for my purchases this week as well once I delete the game (if I choose to do so). There are multiple other games like this, but I chose this one (starting to regret that).

I would agree, but, then they should take back the given item(s) to the players that received the high advantage over others and refund the 3 dollars.
I agree with all the above comments. I’m also one of those who was took up the offer and I’m going to immediately spend those 6000 gems so they can’t be taken off me.
I’m not trying to be smart or smug - that was a very silly offer that was grossly unfair to players who have paid to play in the past. Reversing it might be tough, though.

I am very disappointed in how this was handled. I do not see it just going away because they deleted the offer.
I have not only supported the game but did missionary work for them and pulled in new players. This was not how I would want to be treated. I didn’t care when other offers were given to players, but that felt random. This was clearly a failed attempt to get folks to begin to spend.
SmallZGiant, man up and do the right thing. Give the offer to anyone who didn’t already buy it and deal with your failure.
