There is a definite bug with Sonya’s skill. When opponents have a buff on them and she attacks it removes buffs but does no damage. Please check this out. I’ve tested it for a long time and found it to be a consistent problem
Sonya is a critical part of my team. I’ve not noticed this issue. Is it happening in provinces and raids? Maybe take before and after screen shots, showing that she has a full bar, the enemy field, do the attack, take another screen shot. Might help the devs notice any other factors at play.
