Don’t we get 1 point for a defeat?
We lose our first battle, we manage to win the 3 next and today we lose, but my alliance only have 15 points.
Is it correct or is there a problem?

Should be 16, I think. Wait a bit (or log out of the game) and see if it doesn’t change.
