[Solved] Stronghold upgrade problem

I have the stronghold at level 13 and 3 iron deposits at level 13. I can’t build other ones so i can’t accumulate enough iron to upgrade the stronghold.

Im having the same problem. Upgraded stronghold twice and still couldnt purchase iron mill
