I have completed the first 3 provinces on normal and hard, done the first 10 on Province 4 on normal yet I cannot access the hard levels anyone else having this issue?

Yep, same here. I always do both easy and hard for a stage before moving on - not possible at the moment.

Haha same i have to do it that way can’t roll through all the normal but I did try on Province 4 incase they had changed the specification. At least they know there is an issue and hopefully it is resolved soon!
