Hel blockades Mana-Reduction as well?

Greetins small-giant-staff, i was attackinn PvP. My team does include Hel on purple and Chao on gold. As could be seen, the effeckt of Hel’s attack (which blockades the mana-gain of the enemy) does deny any mana-change. So if Chao attacks after Hel, the 25% Mana which were normaly reduced, are still there. Bug or featur? greetings Sverdsønn

Mana Decrease when using Li Xiu

Hey devs, I’ve had an issue with raiding mostly dealing with Hel and Li Xiu together. When I use my Hel’s special first and Li Xiu’s special second, the debuff from Hel applies, but the mana is not decreased when Li Xiu casts her special (on the defense heroes that have Hel’s debuff).
