All users are getting continual connection errors, using both wifi and mobile data.

@staff have been tagged and they are working on the issue.

If you can log in, ensure you can follow through with map levels first BEFORE trying war and raids

Just in case you get disconnected, as it can affect war flags & tournament flags…

Regarding alliances being unavailable:

I don’t think anyone has been “kicked” from alliances. Just think it’s been disabled while they resolve the wars and titans etc…

By way of update.

Sgg are still working on the issue. They thought they had resolved the server issue but it broke again.

Back end team are working frantically on it.

More info / updates when it becomes available… No update = no change.

I know there has not been more information from our side regarding this - we are still actively working on this and we will update as I know more. Per the screenshot in the OP, they reset the entire game data to what was at 10:33 UTC, this was 1hr 33 after the start of war so some war flags would already have been “used”

Alliance War or Raid Tournament Flags which were lost due to the server outage should be handled by contact-support using the in-game setup (click that hashtag for instructions).

Turned on and off cleared all shizzle restarted Twice.
Still no connection.
