No issues here(I’m on android so that’s why I’m askin)
In the player profile it shows that your alliance is blank.

Nope, seems to be a server issue and maybe not all alliances are on this particular flawed server.

Some sort of server outage… Maybe small giant, or maybe Google play. Can’t login if I logout.

I’m guessin everyone has tried the whole force stop, clear cache, restart phone, blah blah route…
