Moved from android to iOS, I want to transfer the progress of the game to a new phone. Can you help me with this?

Remember to provide the following details in your request:
- Exact player name of the account you’d like to recover
- Player experience level of the account
- The name of the Alliance you belong to, as well as your rank there
- The Account Identifier of the account that replaced the original account (the one currently on your device). You can find it by first tapping Menu, then Options and finally About. It’s the string starting with a # sign in the top left corner of the screen.

If at all possible, please also register the new account to the same Facebook profile as the original one. This is of great help when identifying the original account and will speed up the recovery process.
