Well it has been more than a week and I still cannot sign in to report an issue with Support. I can sign in to the Forums and the game. However, now in the game I am having to wait for it to stay connected. It doesn’t matter if I am at the Stronghold, farming, raiding or chatting the Connection Fail box pops up and the game closes. If I am in raiding or hitting the titan or farming I lose the energy do to it closing until this is fixed I will not be participating in very much. If it continues longer than the next 7 days I will be looking for a new game.
Thanks for trying. I gave it a shot. I don’t know if it took or not.
You should have gotten an email response saying the request was submitted. At least I do, and it comes quick.
