As of lately, we often had the problem in our alliances of players reporting that they were unable to log in to the game (stuck on the connection screen but without any notification that they were not able to log in) and still being shown as online inside the game. I don’t know how long this issue really has been around, we started noticing it after the January update. Often, players stuck with this problem are roughly in the same geographical area, sometimes it seems to be random. It’s probably not a simple case of having a bad connection as this problem also occurs on LTE and strong WiFi.
