Just finished off a 9*. My screen did that little flashy thing so I didn’t get to see my loot. Fortunately, I’d just cleared out my loot notifications so I’m pretty sure that +1 by my Tome of Tactics icon means I snagged one of those beauties 
Then opened my titan chest to find this. Gives me 6. Now, Richard or Isarnia?
